IMPORTANT 2018 UPDATES - PLEASE READ
The Election Official Directory (EOD) data entry and management process has been updated.
Please read the following notes before editing or confirming your data record:
- Submit Updates: remember to click “Submit Updates” after you review and/or edit your record
- Contacts: contacts are now listed first, followed by addresses
- Edit: to edit the data in your record, simply over-write the existing data.
- Add: use the new "Add Contact" or "Add Address" buttons to add a new contact or a new address.
- Delete: you can delete a contact by clicking the trash icon
- New Address Fields: Every address now has the following fields associated with it:
- Website URL
- Primary Contact and Additional Contacts for that address
- Check Boxes to indicate how the address is used mail purposes and administration purposes
After you make any corrections to your record, or confirm that it is correct, always remember to hit “Submit Updates”.
